ABOUT MINNESOTA DEMOCRATS EXPOSED
Minnesota Democrats Exposed is a blog dedicated to a truthful discussion on the activities, statement, and tactics of Minnesota Democrats. The statements, opinions, policies, and views expressed on Minnesota Democrats Exposed (except comments left on my posts by other bloggers and interested parties) are solely mine.
Minnesota Democrats Exposed is not created, endorsed, sponsored, or authorized by any political party, candidate, or candidate’s committee. It’s all me and always will be and I am very proud of Minnesota Democrats Exposed.
ABOUT ME - MICHAEL B. BRODKORB
I have spent most of my entire professional career working in Minnesota politics and public relations. I am a past employee of the Republican Party of Minnesota, serving as Field Director (’98), Research Director (’02 - ‘05) and Communications Director (’05) . I have also worked on the campaigns of former U.S Senator Rudy Boschwitz (U.S. Senate - ‘96), Barbara Carlson (Mayor of Minneapolis -’97), Norm Coleman (Governor - ‘98). From 1999 to March 2002, I worked for the Minnesota Senate in various positions with the Senator Republican Caucus, ending my employment as a redistricting analysis.
In the fall of 2005, I was hired to do research for the Campaign for St. Paul’s Future. During 2006, aside from doing public relations work, I worked as a consultant on Congressman Mark Kennedy’s U.S. Senate campaign and for the Republican Party of Minnesota. I also did work for Congresswoman Michele Bachmann’s campaign and the NRCC.
I am a dedicated volunteer activist for the Republican Party of Minnesota. I have served in a variety of positions in local Republican party organizations. I am a member of the executive committee of the SD 38 GOP and am currently a delegate to the 2nd Congressional District and Republican state convention.
DISCLOSURE
Minnesota Democrats Exposed is my personal blog. I am not now, nor have I ever been paid to blog (except Google ad revenue) on Minnesota Democrats Exposed. I am under no legal obligation to disclose a professional relationship with a business, campaign or political party on my personal blog. But my ethics are not governed by legal interpretations. As I am a Republican operative who exposes Minnesota Democrats, I am continually aware of my responsibility to disclose any conflict that could tarnish the effectiveness of my blog. If I am hired by a campaign or political party, I will disclose it on Minnesota Democrats Exposed.
I do use Google Ads on my blog. I don’t keep a list of the campaigns that advertise on Minnesota Democrats Exposed. Candidates of all political parties advertise on Minnesota Democrats Exposed.
I will remind my critics that the statements, opinions, policies, and views expressed on Minnesota Democrats Exposed (expect comments left on my posts by other bloggers and interested parties) are solely mine.
Since Minnesota Democrats Exposed is not created, endorsed, sponsored, or authorized by any political party, candidate, or candidate’s committee, any attempt by the liberal blogosphere or media to connect Minnesota Democrats Exposed to any political or non-political clients or my volunteer activities is ridiculous.
If you read Minnesota Democrats Exposed and can’t figure out that I am a partisan Republican, you are a moron. Turn your computer off and get your head examined.
